Was awesome at first, gotten terribleWhen I first signed up for esalon, I loved the color and everything about the product. The last few shipments though have been terrible. When applied to my hair it immediately became gummy and thick, and was impossible to get out of my hair. In addition, for a day or two, my hair was sticky and oily in appearance no matter how long I rinsed and rinsed and rinsed and rinsed. I give up. Hair color not as advertisedThe color hardly made a change in my light brown roots. I used the esalon program and selected the lightest color that it offered me. Nothing like descriptionSo the color picked online was rated lighter than my natural color, but did not lighten my hair at all. The smell was awful, actually had to open the window and turn on an exhaust fan. Very disappointed with the result, shouldn't have expected so much with such a low price but would have been better off with a box from the drug store for the same cost. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Worst product ever used! Very unhappy customer.This product is the worst product I've ever used. EVER! My roots ended up very very dark brown and the colour did not seem take much on the rest of my hair. It also left my hair tangled matted mess. I ended up with dark brown roots with the rest of my hair being a light brown/orange mess. You will not be saving any money and it will just leave you angry, frustrated (not to mention in tears!) and stressed trying to get your hair to look half decent again. Cost of using E-salon: Their product £20; two lots of hair colour remover £20 and new box of Vidal Sassoon (far superior product in my opinion!) £10. Not trustable company, a scamI have tried to leave a review several times each time it would erase itself. In June I slpurged and ordered the hair dye. And within a week the grays on the mid line of my head and sides of my face returned. I e-mailed a complaint because it's supposed to be a 100 % guarantee. And asked them to rectify the situation. If not i no longer wanted their product I gave them a month to do it. I never heard from them til i was looking at my bank account and it was showing a -127$. It was do to them taking money out for an order I didn't want. I begged them to fix the situation even give me the amount for the hair dye so i had some money to buy my grandchild who lives with me and I support us on SSI. They would not do nothing. $127 for a hair dye ridiculous. Then I figured I might as well yous the hair dye. Chunks of my hair fell out in the shower I have a balled spot now. I strongly suggest no one uses their product. And please watch your bank accounts with this scamming company. Do you know how sad I was not to be able to buy my 3 year old grandchild a b-day present due to this company without a conscious. If my hair does not grow back they will be sued.
