Loved the color; hated the conditioner!I ordered eSalon for the first time in 2015 and just got around to using it. While I loved the custom color results, I absolutely HATED the conditioner. It made my hair feel heavy and extremely oily, instead of its usual silkiness. Even after several rinsings, the product stayed in my hair, creating an unpleasant sticky feeling that also caused residual color to cling to my hands during brushing. Not what I wantedAfter my first color I received an email asking me if the color was correct or did I like and I said no it was not red enough. Wanted more red than brown. I was provided with some type of gloss, still not what I wanted. When the next order came out I was not even asked if I wanted to change it or how I liked it and it was just sent. Color is coming outIt's been 2 weeks since I colored my hair and my white hair is showing. DisappointedSo disappointed I asked for dark brown and my hair is now black!! I have three colours in my hair now because you coloured my hair black. I have black roots now dark brown in the middle section and light brown at my ends! So disappointed I told all my family and friends about this and I feel really let down. I even sent a picture of my hair! Maybe next time you should ask what colours people use previously so this does not happen again. I was hoping to re use but looks like I won't be. AwfulI have cancelled as the dye was terrible . Hard to apply and a residue has been left on my hair. I usually wash my hair twice a week have to now do it everyday. Meh...Didn't cover the grays as thoroughly as I thought it would. The grays aren't gray anymore, but you can definitely see where the last color ends and the newly colored grays begin. Also wish there was a way to separate out one order into multiple root-applications. I used probably 1/8th of the bottle because I only need it for my temples and a teeny bit at my part (and yes, I used PLENTY where I needed it so that is not the reason why it didn't cover).
