can't get the color rightI've been changing the color from a basic light golden brown, but it was too dark, then adding a bit more gold-then adding in some red, but I can't seem to get the color right, and it turns brassy very quickly. Plus, I must be allergic to something in this formula as I end up having a crazy itchy scalp, and my hair is always standing on end from scratching. I also noted that it seems to dry my hair out terribly-maybe why my scalp itches so badly?-and the lady who cut my hair couple weeks ago commented that my hair was really dry when I usually have very soft hair with plenty of natural oils. 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

My esalon experienceThe product did not work good for me. Forget about ever talking to customer care about it too. You always get voicemail, and they only email you back, try to discuss your color through email, doesn’t work.
