Like washing playdoh out of my hair.This was a horrible experience. Why do i need a separate bottle for roots and ends? Why do I need to bring the remaining color in the shower with me and add it to my already saturated hair? And WHY did the dye turn my hair into a sticky, gummy terrible mess when it was rinsed?? I was rinsing for 30 minutes! Your shampoo and conditioners were absolutely no help - shampoo did not even lather. I used my own after and also needed to brush and comb chunks of waxy feeling dye out of my hair. Still, it does not feel restored. After reading other reviews, I see that other customers also had this same issue. You should consider researching the color combos of everyone and see if there is a correlation. Wanted my color to be a little lighter...wasn't changed.Color not what I was hoping for. I'm also concerned about the health of my hair since using eSalon hair color. My hair-stylist says I am suddenly getting a lot of split-ends, which I never had much of a problem with until approximately June. I am also experiencing a lot of hair loss. My hair is thin anyway...so it worries me to see so much hair on the countertop and in the sink after each time that I dry and style my hair. My health hasn't changed and I am not on any medications. I am super pleased with how great this hair color covers my grey...but I have concerns regarding the overall affect the chemicals might be having on my hair. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did not cover gray at all. The rest of my hair is way too darkI've been coloring my hair at home for over ten years and have tried every brand on the market, drugstore to professional brands. This was the worst coloring I have ever experienced. The color turned my gray hair a horrible green tint yet turned my natural dark brown hair an awful black color. I had to go to salon for color correction which was expensive. I spent a lot of time talking to the color specialists before ordering so it was not due to a wrong color choice. CUSTOM HAIR COLORFirst let me say, the color is very mild smelling. The color went on nicely, didn't drip or run. It gives great coverage, ALL my gray hairs are gone. That's the good. Color didn't work at allFirst off the color didn't last or cover gray Second I tried contacting the support team for two days no call back . I had to leave a message on machine they said I would get a call back. I wanted to cancel the upcoming order, but since they didn't call me back , it was shipped already. Very poor customer service.
