Roots came out almost white, rest stayed normal color.I was hoping this was the answer to my hair problems. Terrible ProductThe color came out very different than it was supposed to be. It was a flat ugly color. It took me forever to wash out of my hair. It felt sticky and grosse for several days. It also didn't cover my grays at all. To make matters worse I just got charged again and received it again. I don't remember signing up for them to send it automatically every couple of months. Horrible ResultsI am very unhappy with the results of my most recent color. The root color has always been too dark, but every time I tried to get it lighter, it just turned orange. I was going to try to just stick with the dark root color and do highlights every time I did my roots, but that isn't going to work either. The highlights turned the dark hair orange. It looks awful and now I'm going to have to go to the salon to get it fixed. Wanted blonde got blahI started with light brown undyed hair and chose to go to medium beige blonde. I included a photo of my hair and wrote a note to the colorist. In the note I stated that even with ash colors, my hair will go golden thinking adjustments would be made. The finished product is a bland and boring dark golden blonde. Not the color I was going forI was super excited to try out this hair dye and my hair turned out way darker than what I was expecting and hoping for. I followed the instructions and was looking for a brighter copper color and ended up with dark brown with a red undertone. After explaining to the color expert that I did not get the color I was expecting, she told me my hair is now too dark to lighten (which is why I was upset in the first place).
