Bottle for ColorWhile I love your product, I was surprised by the new packaging. I dig the new box for the gloves, but find it unnecessary. It seems that your packaging cost would increase. Also, the color bottle's opening is much wider than the developer's bottle opening. This made pouring the color into the developer more challenging with more likely of a chance to spill some thus messing with the developer to color ratio. I'm still going to be a loyal customer, but the wider mouth on the color bottle is off-putting. Hard to applyThe color was fine, really nothing special. But hard to apply. My daughter helped me and it still took forever. More like what I have done at the salon, but my colorist is trained and practiced in application. Not sure yet...Just notified today that my 2nd hair color shipment has been sent to the shipping carrier. Problem is that I used this product to color my hair for the very first time just 10 days ago - which means that "the jury is still out" as to how my color is holding up, whether or not I wish to make a color change, or if I even plan to continue using the product! I do not appreciate not being given an opportunity to make changes. Even now, when I try to make online changes re: the next delivery date, I am unable to do so. didn't suit meI did speak to you about the product it wasn't suitable I had itchy irrit able skin for days also I didn't realise it was going to cost so much I am a pensioner so you said you wouldnt send any more and then I get an email today saying it's time for your colour I move house in a couple of days so I wouldn't get it anyway please don't send anymore 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
