my history wasn't consideredWith this color I changed from dark blonde with reds to light brown. Unfortunately this time I only got one bottle of color, which was barely enough to cover all my hair. As it was a bigger change a few minutes for the ends is just not enough to have one color all-over. I am not happy with this general instruction for every color. One star because there wasn't an option for NO starsI hate the black color that my hair color is now. The first 4 photos are what I had before your product was applied to my hair and I wanted to maintain and keep that color......Now I'm stuck with black hair! Tried to order color several times.I've tried to order color several times but your website only wants payment. It's not interested in what color I need or want. I've tried several times but it only wants payment and I have NO IDEA what color i'm ordering..Very confusing on how to order. Doesn't workI purchased hair color and was so excited to try it out. I was incredibly disappointed to use it and find my hair to be exactly the same. I thought maybe I didn't leave it in long enough, so I used the free second bottle to try again the next day, carefully following all the instructions. Guess what: MY HAIR LOOKS EXACTLY THE SAME. ColorI enjoy the change in my hair body, the ease of using esalon. The color change I requested resulted in too much red. My true color shoud be medium ash blonde, presently it is strawberry blonde. Too darkI was hoping that after talking through the first custom color the next order would be a little lighter. I really liked the shade of the second bottle in the first order. Color to brassyI was so looking forward to getting a nice, rich, all over color using the esalon formulated hair color. But this was not the case.
