I am dissapointedNormally i am really happy with my custom made Color. But the last 2 Colors which i used, was different from the first Colors. The result was not how i normaly expected. The roots are more light red then Brown. I am not sure if you Changed something on the mix. Sorry, but i am relly dissapointed and think to stop the naxt order. Doesn’t last longStill not the exact color I wanted. Was looking for ash and received a dark blonde which has more copper - not giving less because they tried after 3 times. Salons do the same sometime. The color did not last very long - started fading after a little over a week and I don’t wash my hair daily. 1 of 2 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

WARNING... This is an auto charge auto ship company...Just thought I would warn everyone out there looking at this company. I made one order with this company and was extremely dissatisfied with their poor gray coverage since my gray was showing after the first wash. And YES I followed directions exactly and even kept the color on a little longer than ordered and it still didn't hold. Now, I get an email that my order has shipped? Really! What order? I haven't even been back to the website since my first purchase. And nowhere was it indicated that orders are auto shipped. custom hair coloreasy to use...but hair felt very plastic when trying to rinse out color...very hard to dry the first time after coloring...felt much better after I washed 2 days later but color started rinsing away from root after only 3 washes. Turned my hair BLACK, will not order again.I ordered the darkest brown and followed the instructions to a T, but it turned my hair BLACK. No pigment variation, just dull and flat black. No brown whatsoever. Trying to color correct black pigment damages the sh*t out of your hair B/c it has to be stripped. Now I have to go and get it fixed since I look like Wednesday Addams. Colorist, "it's NOT our fault you didn't follow directions..."My hair is dark brown...not reddish as I requested. Then I am insulted by being told I did not follow instructions, so my hair color is MY fault...granted IT WAS perfect last time. I am VERY disappointed in how I HATE my new color and being INSULTED that i'm stupid and can't follow instructions. I do have 2 BA's and know what I am doing.
