Absolutely the worst experience I have had!The conditioner turned to a glue on my scalp and after over 1.5 hours of trying to rinse it put it is stuck as a glue on my scalp. Over 150 hairs in a clump came out due to it!!!!!! I have to go to salon now to see if they can get the crap off my scalp. 2nd color shippedBox arrived with two bottles of color, first bottle in box of color was perfect, next time I was ready to color made my color Orange red. Gray Hair DillemaIt’s not covering my gray that well. The color washed out on the gray hairs after a couple of weeks. I had the same issue the last time. The actual color on my hair is perfect. Silverish BlackHi the product was a bit silverish black and way to dark for me. Its becoming noticeably darker on top when I cover the roots (from gray). I did not notice this the first time using it but now I can. I prefer a dark chocolate brown versus midnight black. I do not care for light brown shades but love dark dark brown. Grey coverage not completeI purchased a light brown ash to redo my light brown natural roots and cover grey. It stripped my hair a little, revealing brassy undertones, which worked against the neutral to ash brown look I was trying to achieve. Wrong colorI don’t know what happened but I colored my hair and it came out really ashy and dull. The box was different if that makes any difference. So far up until now everything has been great. I haven’t done anything to change my hair since I’ve been using you. So I don’t know if it got mixed up with someone else’s or what. Just letting you know so you can review it.
