Hard to cover grey.I received a complimentary color kit after my review of my 1st kit. (which was very nice and unexpected) because the 1st color kit did not do a good job of coloring the grey around my temples. Tired the 2nd kit same problem. I didn't do the dye job myself my retired friend who was a hairdresser did it so I know it was done correctly. Had the dye covered my extremely hard to cover greys it would have been perfect color job. I tried eSalon hoping to find a color that would work on my stubborn greys. Did not lastI was very disappointed with your product. I followed directions exactly and in less than 2 weeks, the gray was coming through. I can buy a root booster product at the drugstore for way less that will give me the same results I got from your product. Also, the amount of product sent for short hair is a total waste. Fading FastI am disappointed with how short a time the hair color lasted. It's been less than two weeks since I colored my hair using your product and my roots are fading fast where I colored it. I was using Salon Care which I purchased at Sally's Beauty and it lasted 6 or more weeks. It actually had to grow out to see the gray. With your product, it's fading fast and will have to be touched up before my hair even has a chance to grow. the red color looks great for a couple of days, but then fades quicklyi followed the directions to the letter. for the first few days it looked great, then my hair began to feel very dried out. had to give it an oil treatment, but the red is already starting to fade after just a week. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. It's alrightDirections were clear which is always good. There isnt anything special about the color. It's not like I had alot of options since my hair is so dark on its own. The only real issues I have is that my hair feels really dry now and some of the red from a previous color is showing through the black...thats right the red is peaking through the black and I COVERED my head in that dye and followed the directions to a t. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
