Mixed feelingsMy hair color (medium brown pearl mahogany)...violet range...looks NOTHING like the color described or pictured. I see no purple what so ever. I see mostly a copper color. Not the color I wantedMy hair was brown with blonde highlights. I was looking for a medium to dark blonde look. My hair color is now ash brown. I am not a fan of red/ash on me. Not what I was looking for. I hate the thought of having to go back to my salon to have them correct the color. Update: I am still waiting to hear back from the color expert. The only response I have gotten was from this review. I even called and left a message because office was closed friday and I have not been called back 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. First time coloring 😮My first time to ever color my hair was an epic failure! 😢 Im a burnette & wanted to be an Auburn but after using what my personal colorist mixed for me there was NO CHANGE 😡 Just my greys were a little red but quickly washed away. Why didnt my colorist advise me the red wouldnt show? Why not TELL ME what i need to go to Auburn or Redhead? Does anyone know how to go from brown to red and actually see it?! Ok but not at all the colour I wantedI didn't get any of the problems I was worried about after reading reviews online. (Sticky hair, hair loss...) So that was a plus as I was very worried. My issue is that the colour is nothing like the one I wanted. It's not bad but not what I wanted. The consultant called me during working hours so never got me and then decided to send the colour anyway without double checking with me. I think you should not send until you have managed to contact the customer via hone or email. Now if I want the correct colour I have to pay again when it is not my fault if the colour is not what I wanted. Not really impressedI was not really impressed with this product . It's just not for me ! It did not lift at all . However it may would deposit color on my hair that is already blonde , but I do not want to darken all my blonde . So I'm not happy with it . Not Enough ColorMy hair is thick and past my shoulders, not insanely thick but I did mention a concern about this to the colorist as we planned. Unless I use two boxes of color from the drugstore I run out resulting in a disaster. I was reassured by my colorist that there would be more than enough color. There wasn’t. I give the product 3 stars because the portion for my roots worked nicely and I loved the color. But my ends were barely saturated and therefore barely got color. I got comments from friends that the grow out/roots were less visible but that the bottom portion (essentially my entire ponytail) looked about the same.
