Die sticks to scalpLooking to cancel my orders. I have tried this 3 times and each time the die sticks to my scalp. It's impossible to rinse out even when following your instructions closely. It is a gooey, clay like substance that I have to scrape out of my hair. It takes 3-4 washes after the dying wash to get this completely out and not looking greasy and unwashed. I mentioned this prior to my last order and did not get any additional information on this besides what is in the written instructions. When I look at my hair, I feel sad.......not the effect I was hoping for. This color looks NOTHING like the colors online. I ordered a warm blond, and my hair looks like mud except not as shiny. My faultThe first hair color in February was utterly perfect. But I was wanting a little more this and a little less that and they did exactly what I asked. This is the best hair color.
