Doesn't cover graysI like the convenience and thoroughness of the order process, but the dye is just not good enough to handle gray hairs. Good Color, but . . . .The color was good, but that's all. Didn't cover gray very well. When I used the shampoo, my hair felt stiff. Used conditioner, and it just made my hair extremely oily-feeling. OrderIt did not cover gray for very long. I had to color before my next order came. I went on line last week to cancel the March order, but seen this email that it is already on its way. Not worth the $$Initially the color looked good, but within a week it had a cheap coppery faded gold tint that has only gotten worse over time. The color isn't nearly as natural looking as the one I've been buying at the local drugstore for a lot less money. The only thing that was worth getting was the apron/bib and the hair clips. Tried to love itI wanted to love eSalon and gave it 3 tries. Customer service was amazing. Every time I called, someone was so helpful. Unfortunately the color just never came out right. I tried 3 different times. I really wanted to love it. I really did!! Last time I had a bottle for my roots and another for the rest of my hair. Now my roots are a bright red and a different color than the rest of my hair. And gray hair appeared after almost 2 weeks. Customer service is not helpful at allI received an email today March 12th that states that my order is in process and will be shipped in 1 to 3 days. It asks if I do not want this current order I should call them. It took about 10 minutes searching the site to find the phone number to call. They told me they had sent several previous emails and that my order has already been shipped. There is nothing they can do to stop the current order. The emails do not agree with the representative. The web site was difficult to navigate and it also had information that my order would be shipped in 1 to 3 business days on it, something the representative denies. I told them to cancel my account with this company. I do not do business with companies who say one thing on the phone and have emails and web sites that a different thing. In my opinion this is one aspect of fraud. When I called today I was only looking for a delay in the shipment of this order.
