Color too dark but hair felt healthyThe color came out too dark. I would recommend if you are already coloring your hair to let the colorist know what you have been using and send a picture of your hair color that you prefer. Mine came out too dark because I said that my natural color is medium brown (which it is, but I color my hair light/med copper). So disappointed!Im so disappointed in my hair color this shipment. I received one bottle of developer and one bottle of color, expecting it to be the same color as the last shipment I followed the directions accordingly. I now have a weird ombré color: darker roots & my ends did not take any color whatsoever.
