Customer supportPreviously made a comment to customer support about shampoo & condintioner packets are not enough for long hair. When I oriniginally signed up, I stated I had long hair. I have received larger pkts once and the reason I requested them again. Unforuanetly, the response I received was they are crediting my next shipment to include additional packets but in the future I need to purchase them. Please let me say that I really like the convenience of home delivery. But I pay twice what I used to pay then I receive the response I spoke of and makes me wonder why they even asked for my hair lenght in the beginning if they didn't intend to provide enough of all supplies. I like the product but I'm not sure how much longer I will continue. If you hair is short, you will really like the product and will have ample product. Not So HappyI have been an Esalon customer for a few years and am noticing that the product has become continually more watery with each shipment. The product is so watery now that it is very hard to apply and it runs down my head and face continually during the 30 minute processing time. Not goodWhile I should have checked what ‘surprise pricing’ I would receive after my first purchase, I wasn’t expecting an online hair colour to be the same price as it costs for my stylist to make a home visit. Also, the bigger issue is this does not cover grey, which is why I colour my hair in the first place. I would essentially need to recolour my roots every 1-2 weeks with this product, which I’m not happy to do. I now have 2 additional boxes of colour going into the rubbish - what a waste :( While the service is speedy, the product is not good for what my needs are.
