I wanted more golden to go lighter like a bronze instead I got a very dark brownThe color was soft with a nice sheen just wrong , not what I asked for. I also received a new kit already and I stated I only color every quarter at most...3 times per year at best. Not what I asked forI was lead to believe this was a service that understood the subtleties of your hair colouring requirements I have just used my first delivery of hair colour and am very disappointed I asked for a mid brown non red colour . I sent photos and a detailed description of what I wanted which was an in between 4and 5with no red and now have a very dark reddish brown !!! How come ?.... It has changedI think something changed in the formula recently. I have been using the color for about a year and I feel like the color is now more difficult to apply because it won't wash off well after coloring, even after 2-3 rounds of shampooing. I can get rid of the hair feeling and looking sticky and dirty only after a couple of days which bothers me. I ordered blonde im now this horrible shade of greymy color was adjusted to get rid of the red and now i went from lt blonde to grey drab.. Im highly disappointed and want to return the box that just came .. and get a refund for my previous order as its NOT what i ordered. not even close now I have to redo my hair entirely.. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did not cover my gray as much as previousThe color was ok. I like a little more vivid color. This color seems drab and did not cover my gray as well as previous color.
