Did not cover my gray as much as previousThe color was ok. I like a little more vivid color. This color seems drab and did not cover my gray as well as previous color. Did Not Get What ai RequestedI sent a message to eSalon weeks before my order shipped asking for the addition of more red to my color. I got a response saying my message had been received almost at immediately. The note from the colorist said “Adjusted tone” in my shipment. I’d requested the tone adjustment on the prior color. So nothing was changed . Very disappointed as I’m going on an important vacation tomorrow and my hair looks exactly the same. :( 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Harsh on hairThe color is ok and definitely colors grays better and longer than store bought dye. My issue is the conditioner. It doesn't work well at all. My hair feels very brittle afterward. I had to purchase a box of Revlon from a discount store to get the conditioner. That worked better.
