Too DarkI tried a dark blonde copper ash. In the pictures it looked really light and shiny. I followed the directions and it turned out very dark. It looks like I'm a brunette with a copper tint instead of a dark copper ash blond. It doesn't look bad, I'm just disappointed it didn't look like the photo they advertised. Better but not GreatThe new custom color is closer to the cwhat I was hoping to match but it is not covering the grey as well as I had hoped. Waxy build upThe color is gorgeous! But a thick, waxy build up was left right at my scalp. This did not happen the first time I used this brand. Third time failThe first 2 times I used this I was REALLY happy. Best Home colour ever. However on the third go the colour has not come out even like before.
