Worst customer serviceI have tried to adjust my color two times and both times I’ve had the worst luck of speaking to reps that are very unfriendly and I end up canceling the service. I have a friend that tried ordering for the first time and the representative was very unfriendly. He wouldn’t listen to what she wanted just like the reps that I’ve had the unpleasant experience of talking to. They’re very unfriendly and obnoxious. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Colored the gray, but just okayThis is the third time I used eSalon. My hair does not hold color, so I can’t just color the roots. I really need all over color each time. Medium ash brownThe products were easy to use and the application was fine, since this was my first time using eSalon I was expecting to get a medium ash brown color. I got a deep chocolate like color, not much ash and my roots pulled red big time so I'm not pleased with that. A pro about the kit would be the color covered all of my blonde really well!
