Started out great.So starting went great, color application was simple and easy to understand. My problem started when I went to wash it out. It felt like my hair was caked in vaseline or glue. It took me over an hour to try to rinse the goop out before I finally gave up. I used the shampoo and conditioner that came with it and they did not help at all. I had to take 3 showers to get all the goop out of my hair, and it still doesnt feel as healthy as it usually does after coloring. The color itsself I'm ok with. It did not come out the way I was expecting, but that could be because of how my color was before, or from the multiple washes right after application. YUK, YUK, YUK - CANCEL CANCEL CANCELDespite following the instructions to the letter (including the bit about massaging the stuff in to "break up the residue") I am left with a disgusting waxy, greasy film on my hair - especially the bits I didn't even colour, which I can't get rid of. The shampoo supplied just made it worse. It was totally vile, I ended up trying to scrape it out with my fingernails. I think it has clogged up my shower drain.
