SO SAD.......So, I was really excited about finally dying my hair, since I have been a bit down on myself and have not dyed it in over 3 months... It took me about a year to get my copper color exactly where I wanted it... I saw the combination that the colorist here made me for and it looked like it was going to be just what I asked for! I died my hair as soon as I got it yesterday! I was tracking it! Washed my hair Saturday so I could be ready for it Monday... After doing everything and straightening my hair, I am so sad to say my hair is so dark... It is literally brown... It is not copper, it is no where near close to what I asked for, nor the picture I sent for comparison... I will probably have to lighten my hair AGAIN to get it to where I want it, which I am so sad about because my hair is finally healing and not I have to add damage to it... Fantastic!!I absolutely love eSalon! The colorists always get it exactly right. They are able to precisely match the color I get in the salon, saving me tons of money. Color MatchI colored my hair today, at home, for the first time in many years. The colorist listened well to me, and the results are very good! The only problem I encountered was difficulty pouring the final rinse of color over my hair...it ran down my face, and I got it in my eye. No root coverageReally disappointed with custom colour. No root coverage despite following instructions to the letter for application and timing. Left rest of hair very brassy. Also such a strong chemical smell (ammonia?) DisappointedThis is the second time I give your product a try. First time was not at all what I was expecting. I was in the process of moving city when my personalized product arrived. I packed everything and couldn't find it until now. The color looks extremely faded and I just colored my hair today. So I guess I will redo it in about 2 weeks using the product I buy at Walmart.
