Not evenly dyed.It was my first time using eSalon and I was pretty excited to try a hair dye that I didn't buy at a drugstore. After using the hair dye it did leave my hair super shiny and silky which I appreciated. But I was left feeling disappointed because after using the 2 bottles of dye on my long hair the color just didn't turn out as vibrant as I expected. The dye hardly took throughout my hair having a very faded tint of color, almost to the point of no color, while my roots turned out ok but I would have liked the color to equally matched. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Somewhat unsatisfiedThe product colors well, but was a little too dark for my liking. Hoping my next order will be more satisfying. The worstI am very disappointed with this product. It is so watery, made the biggest mess ever! Stained my skin and was very hard to get if off even after using your stain remover wipe. And..... the color does not show any red at all 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Need a richer conditionerI will preface this review by saying, I LOVE MY COLOR. I was getting my hair colored at high end salons in NYC and they were never able to achieve a color I was happy with. It’s kind of amazing that a colorist with only a photo of my hair was able to provide such great results. Full disclosure: I had to adjust the color once. That said - I am disappointed with the conditioner quality (and amount) the color package comes with. My hair does not look or feel “glossy” after I condition. Any suggestions? Waxy, sticky mess!After dying my hair, it would not rinse out. I had to shampoo it 4 times and still it was sticky. I finally used Dawn dish soap and my hair felt normal again. I am surprised the color did not strip out after so many washes. I was excited about this service, but very disappointed with the gross waxiness.
