Nice colorI liked the color and waited 36 hours to wash it and was disappointed when some color came out. It wasn’t the bold color that it was right after the initial wash. Also was very disappointed with how strong the smell was when applying it to my hair... that was horrible. Other than that I liked the initial result. DisasterTried this twice. First time I used it colour was orangey red. Supposed to be raspberry red. Gave the benefit of the doubt and asked for it to be àltered. My hair was no different. Is a computer customizing my color?Apparently when my color was corrected they failed to pay attention to the fact that I wanted GOLDEN tones! I specifically stated GOLD tones. The first color gave me reddish tones. It said Gold on the bottle. The corrected color is too dark and has zero gold tones in it and now I look like Elvira! It’s so dark it’s blue. They made it darkest brown and ash. It said it shld have 2 bottles each of color and developer. It had one of each. I don’t know how you can mess up something like this. If you couldn’t give me gold tones then tell me. Don’t just send me something else. I’m so pissed because I have a family funeral to go to in a few days and will be seeing family I haven t seen in years and I look washed out bc the color is so flat and dark. Terrible.
