Color not what I would likeColor was not bright enough. I had been using Loreal/Ferria (2018 colors of the Year). Color has more Purple shading & can only remember .mauve in the name. Was trying eSalon , as most reds I have tried fade fast due to not having a N-Brown in the mix. If you can get owe to duplicating the color mentioned above, I would be willing to try your color again as I generally really liked the components. If not I want to cancel my participation & DO not want to receive any further color. Thanks for your help. I have two different colorsI consulted the colorist on the phone. I was excited to try but the color bottles in the box were switched and I didn’t noticed it till I applied the second portion. Disappointed.I really wanted to like this idea, but after my third use of the dye on my roots, I’m very disappointed. The dye leaves a heavy waxy residue on my hair, I had to wash it six times as my hair is very thick. I had to concentrate on small pieces and really scrub it to get it out and I felt like it was taking the dye out of my hair. TerribleHi guys, been using you for years. I emailed to adjust my colour to a dark brown with a hint of red. I even wrote back to confirm and i just did my hair, and it is florescent red. No joke, I look like halloween bad hair dye from an 80's movie! I am horribly disappointed but I also need this fixed. I cannot go to work with florescent hair.
