Root color is horrible!Although the root color to cover my gray hair, it is way too light for the in color and looks horrible! It came out an orange e red color and my hair is closer to dark Auburn or brown with red highlights. Waxy, gummy residue left on hairI normally love this product but there was something terribly wrong with this last batch. SKIP ITLike a fool I've kept trying it, hoping it would get better but it hasn't. Color fades extremely quickly so my hair changes color week to week (yes, I use color safe products on it and yes, I'm applying the color correctly). I've also found this to be extremely harsh and drying to my hair- I've had better conditioner with drugstore brands. ShippingI ordered on dec. 7th shipped on Dec. 10th it is Dec. 15th and it still isn't here? I guess you need to order a month in advance to use this company??
