Colour is not light ash brown!I requested Light Brown (Ash) and after placing the order I received an email stating my colour would be adjusted to a colour more suited to me. I don't know why this would be, but I decided to trust the process. I liked the feel of the product and it has a great scent, the packaging is good and the extra gloves, stain guard and wipe are great. My hair feels lovely and is super shiny, however the colour is awful. It has a lot of red tones in it, which I did not ask for, and my greys look quite orange. I avoid any red tones in my hair as I have rosacea and my complexion can be florid at times, so red hair does not suit me at all. I am really disappointed as I had anticipated great things. Not happyThis color dies not last. I would like to change colors in hopes that a lighter color will last longer. I’ve gone to my local store and put another color on that has worked much better. I Thought It Would Be LighterI am happy with how even and natural the color came out. The only downside is that it isn't any lighter than before, and I thought it would be at least a little lighter, since I chose from the light golden brown / copper family. I would love to go much lighter next time, if it's possible. Product Took Too Long to ArriveHi. You shipped in the 18th. mixed probably on the 15th. I just received it yesterday, on the 24th. I doubt it is any good now! Grey coverageI love your product for a few reasons but 1 of the main reasons is how great your grey coverage is compared to store bought brands. This time, however, a lot of areas did not take and grey is peeking through. It is especially noticable when I pull my up or back. I was very careful to make sure that I covered every bit of my hair and left the dye in the suggested amount of time.
