I Thought It Would Be LighterI am happy with how even and natural the color came out. The only downside is that it isn't any lighter than before, and I thought it would be at least a little lighter, since I chose from the light golden brown / copper family. I would love to go much lighter next time, if it's possible. Product Took Too Long to ArriveHi. You shipped in the 18th. mixed probably on the 15th. I just received it yesterday, on the 24th. I doubt it is any good now! Grey coverageI love your product for a few reasons but 1 of the main reasons is how great your grey coverage is compared to store bought brands. This time, however, a lot of areas did not take and grey is peeking through. It is especially noticable when I pull my up or back. I was very careful to make sure that I covered every bit of my hair and left the dye in the suggested amount of time. Wish I’d been warned that you can’t go light once you pick a colorIn spite of letting them know that my hair almost always gets red highlights, and I don’t want that. I’ve got dark blonde hair with a ton of red highlights. Since apparently dye can’t remove dye, my new hair color is only supposed to be applied to the roots. That would mean that I’d have ombre hair for the next 4-5 years while it grows out. I’m now on the search for a colorist who can fix it now. On the upside the color is easy to apply and it doesn’t stink. However the conditioner that’s included isn’t very good with snarls. I much prefer Suave Clarifying conditioner. Take cautionEven though they have a stylist mix your color they can't completely, without seeing your hair in person, know what is best for it. I sent info on my hair as well as pictures and after using my first order my hair had a green hue to it...they were nice enough to send me a tinted shampoo which just made it worse..in my opinion...so this is not Salon quality at home, since part of the quality of the salon is being present to fix mistakes... 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
