Wrong colorI ordered a light color and when it arrived it already looked a little too dark to be what i ordered. Colour is not light ash brown!I requested Light Brown (Ash) and after placing the order I received an email stating my colour would be adjusted to a colour more suited to me. I don't know why this would be, but I decided to trust the process. I liked the feel of the product and it has a great scent, the packaging is good and the extra gloves, stain guard and wipe are great. My hair feels lovely and is super shiny, however the colour is awful. It has a lot of red tones in it, which I did not ask for, and my greys look quite orange. I avoid any red tones in my hair as I have rosacea and my complexion can be florid at times, so red hair does not suit me at all. I am really disappointed as I had anticipated great things. Not happyThis color dies not last. I would like to change colors in hopes that a lighter color will last longer. I’ve gone to my local store and put another color on that has worked much better.
