BEWARE: Damaged HairI tried the highlights and it damaged my hair but was told that I could not receive a refund because product was sent to me to fix the highlights and it actually took most of my hair out and the highlights didn't even go away. Totally disappointed and very upset that I have to go around each day with clumps of hair missing and unwanted highlights and no money back nor compensation for my damaged hair. I contacted eSalon and explained in detail what happened and that I could send pics but the only thing offered and sent was a moisture mask which I refuse to even open the box. Custom ColorI love the color but for some reason when switching back from medium brown to dark brown my roots did not take (I have about 4-5 inches of medium brown then the rest of my hair is dark brown). Disappointed with outcomeThe color I was sent made my hair color darker than I requested and did not cover the greys. It was upsetting how dark the color came out. Nothing changed ;(I thought by sending pictures of before and after will help my stylist to help me achieve my color. Sadly, after all the hassle and struggle of application, I never had any changes whatsoever. Seems like i just took a bath and that's it which is sad as I've read a lot of good reviews. asking for color adjustmentI wanted to go a "shade" darker. Which to me was just a shade, as in a slight change. All the communication I received was, "your color has been adjusted". The shock to me was when I colored my hair and rinsing it out, I was not blonde anymore, but now a light/medium brown. There really is no communication. You ask for a color, you get it. I am not satisfiedI was disappointed with this color set. I even did not try highlights I ordered with this color. Color itself was good, my hair soft and shiny after coloring. But it did not cover my grays. Right after coloring I could see the difference between gray and not gray hair. Now, three weeks after coloring my grays don't keep color, not only grown roots, but all hair length. Probably will stop using using your products unless you have something more suitable for gray hair.
