Greys not covered see picturesI did my hair today January 16, 2019, I did around my face before anything, then the rest of my roots. I followed the direction to the "T" This product Didn't cover my greys no more then the other Hair dyes I buy. I want to cancel my membership I would like a refund!!!.. Was not worth the money to me. The more I look around my hair I see It's not even the color I want. Looks Dark. LIke i said i would lIke a refund. You can send me a label to send back the empty bottles box. something was wrong with the hair dyeThe day I received my hair dye in the mail,open it and the bottles where so cold,(like the postal office keep it outside) I couldn't believe how cold it was.so I waited couple of days,then dyed my hair,THIS TIME IT DIDNT COLORED MY GRAYS, AND MY HAIR FELT SO STIFF, HARD LIKE IT BURNED MY HAIR. When I colored my hair 2× before my hair felt amazing, soft,colored all my grays.(LOVED IT,) little disappointed. Expected moreThe color for my roots was nice, the length has a silvery tone to it. Not thrilled about that. Was supposed to be a reddish brown. Even with using the stain shield gel, it still stained pretty bad and the wipe did not work. Also—- I looked into this and specifically called the number to find out if this was safe to use during pregnancy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IF PREGNANT.
