Nothing changed ;(I thought by sending pictures of before and after will help my stylist to help me achieve my color. Sadly, after all the hassle and struggle of application, I never had any changes whatsoever. Seems like i just took a bath and that's it which is sad as I've read a lot of good reviews. asking for color adjustmentI wanted to go a "shade" darker. Which to me was just a shade, as in a slight change. All the communication I received was, "your color has been adjusted". The shock to me was when I colored my hair and rinsing it out, I was not blonde anymore, but now a light/medium brown. There really is no communication. You ask for a color, you get it. I am not satisfiedI was disappointed with this color set. I even did not try highlights I ordered with this color. Color itself was good, my hair soft and shiny after coloring. But it did not cover my grays. Right after coloring I could see the difference between gray and not gray hair. Now, three weeks after coloring my grays don't keep color, not only grown roots, but all hair length. Probably will stop using using your products unless you have something more suitable for gray hair. Not what I orderedPretty sure the somewhat dark brown colour I was sent was no where near the dark ash blonde I had ordered..... if you want to make a good product start with giving customers what they order. Didn’t come out the color promisedOrdered my hair color in a dark blonde - golden copper. Unfortunately instead of getting the color promised, my hair is now a coppery medium brown.
