Too much redMy color was medium brown,but ended up with alot of red tones that I don’t care for. Otherwise my hair seems in decent condition and color was easy to apply. The product had a very strong odor, but it was gone after I finished rinsing. No problems with skin reaction although I have sensitive skin. Split EVERY hair on my headAfter 2 years of chemo treatment... I finally had healthy hair halfway down my back again... I color my greys, so I can feel prettier, now I look like a fried french poodle and all my hair has to be cut off AGAIN! Response from e-salon experts, UNSATISFACTORY... I had 2 years of chemo treatment, and then 2 years of no treatment before I colored my hair,,, I had VERY healthy hair halfway down my back, until I used your color... YOUR color damaged my hair to the point that there was no saving it... it came out in huge bunches, and what was left was brittle and split to the root... 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Too dark and strange residueThe colour I ordered (dark brown) is pretty much black! Also, although I have very short hair, I had to wash it about 5 times to get the weird waxy residue out. The residue then collected on the floor of the shower and blocked the plug. Safe to say I won’t be using again or recommending. Icky conditionerWhile everyone has raved on the color, I needed to wash my hair twice the last couple of times I used the conditioner. The first time I thought I didn't rinse it properly. Last time I thoroughly THOROUGHLY rinsed the conditioner out, with the same effect: as though I had put wax in my hair. It was sticky, gummy and oily looking. I know that I don't have to use it, although it seems that if you package a conditioner with the color it is intended to make your hair look great and prolong the color.
