To Dark for me.I'm not happy with the color that I had rcvd. It to dark and I didn't like it. I know I had asked about no being to red. Two chances, not happyI have now tried this product twice and both times have been have not been happy with the result. The first application was very brassy and didn’t cover my greys. I let the colourist know this and they adjusted the colour. I received my next kit with instructions for a ‘root refresh’ which I followed to the letter and I now have darker bright roots and lighter ends. I have been home colouring my hair for over 20 years, so I’m not novice at this. It also smells really really bad, I felt quite wheezy using it the second time. Worst experience in 25 years of coloringI have a pixie cut. Very easy to color. I mixed color and developer, as per instructions. Within 10mins it turned into a watery, dripping mess. I couldn't act quick enough to prevent my bathroom carpets getting ruined. Didn't realize it had ran down my arms, I have MS, and it got on my walls. Nothing will take it off. Now I have to paint. I want my money back now. Including the shipping cost.I just finished coloring my hair with the esalon color sent to me to go from dark blinde to light blonde. Sludge my hairI dont know what happen or what went wrong, but this set made sludge on my scalp and I ended up calling for help as I was balling my eyes out. I struggled to remove it from my hair. I ended up having to use baby shampoo to get it out. And on top of it, it never looked any different. Unfortunately faded quicklyGreat pack, excellent customer service. Only downfall is the fade only a fortnight later washing with coloured hair shampoo and conditioner it faded to a wishy washy ginger colour.
