I originally got my color and when I colored my hair my roots turned one shade lighter then the rest of my hair. I emailed the esalon team and told them what happened and they immediately sent me a new darker root color free of charge. The root color matched my hair perfectly. It was great. The shampoo and condition made my hair so soft and shiny looking. Love it.

It's the perfect amount of color and the right shades that match my natural color. The process is better than I've ever done myself without going tto a salon.
