Not color I requestedI was really excited about this company, I purchased the color kit and the light set. It came super quick and packaging is amazing. I was emailed a few questions of my intentions. I replied with current photo and photo of what I was trying to achieve. Unfortunately, the base color came out super dark, not much like the picture I sent at all. My hair is naturally a soft black and I was hoping for a brown with copper tones in it and when the kit arrived, the color they formulated seems to have some copper in it on paper. However, after I dyed my hair, there was as very little change only to my roots. The rest of my hair looks black. I’m just upset because my hair had finally grown out to natural color, I don’t have white hair so I could have just kept my natural hair without adding chemicals if I wanted the same color. Mix OutcomesCustomer service great. comes in a cute little box, stain guard smells n feels lovely. Colour application was easy BUT THE COLOUR WAS COMPLETELY WRONG! Not at all like the pictureThe color was completely off the tone was wrong.
