Just no.The dye sent for my roots was lighter than the rest of my hair... so either you got the dye completely wrong or you mislabeled the color, either way, this Absolutely did not give me the specified look I desired. It did require me to make an emergency appt with a stylist I am unfamiliar with... which ended in disaster and me having to fix everything myself anyway. HORRIBLE. Never again. Also, I do not recall ever signing up for more than a one time shipment... definitely not after the first situation being so bad. I only came back here because I noticed they charged and shipped more of this. I no longer trust the people mixing the color or labeling the bottles- whatever. Someone made a mistake. I will stick with color that I know exactly what I will be getting and not just trust some sticker on a bottle etc. BUYER BEWARE. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

BEYOND HORRIBLE!This is the worst experience I have ever had with hair color. Medium brown was very dark brown over nearly completely gray. NEVER should it come out this dark. All I want to do now is strip this off my hair or even shave my head and get a wig. It's that bad!!! The directions tell you to get in the shower of all things to wash the hair color off by bending over backwards (holding your head back)! That only gets more in my face which is also stained all over the place. Hair color is everywhere on everything and won't come off! I am beyond pissed off! 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Whitney’s colorI came in with an open mind to this experience seeing as the $35 cost. I set up my profile and chatted with salon manager and stylist about my hair goals (both red heads) and they didn’t get me close to the cooper red warmth I was trying to achieve in the pictures I put on my profile. I do however like the brownish /auburn hues 6.54 they got me. I’m just disappointed with the customizable sales pitch when it’s not at all the case. It’s more like the same risk of boxed hair dye. They showed me color swatch book, I picked cooper color swatch she put that in the Polly machine and it came out completely different color red !
