Great color!I LOVE the color - it's perfect and just what I asked for! Uploading my picture and answering all the profile questions allowed these geniuses to give me exactly what I wanted :). I also like the ease of mixing and applying (I use a bowl and brush). And I love the little "extras" that I receive in my box, although I didn't receive any in my last order. Well worth the time to get it right!I've been using eSalon for two years now and I love the ability to make subtle adjustments to my originally chosen color. It took some time, but gradually, with several small changes, we've arrived at a shade and tone I want to stick with. Trying to explain this at a salon never seemed to work well for me. As a redhead, I always ended up with different shades of (way too bright) red and orange which were often disastrous! The colorists at eSalon helped me find just the right shade of brownish/tawny/red that suits me perfectly and blends well with my roots allowing me to color less often. I get constant compliments on my hair now. No more Bozo the clown! Color was terribleI asked the "colorists" if the could make my color a little lighter-I was told this was not possible. Instead I am stuck with hair color that makes me look like a cross between Lucille Ball and Bozo the clown.I will not be paying for expensive hair color when I have no control of the color I get. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Hate my colorMy hair color got ruined by using esalon. I used to have brown hair, now it looks black like a vampire. They got the color completely wrong. Of course now I would have to go to a real salon to fix it. Hate the color, it makes me look old! Is been 3 weeks and the color had only faded slightly.
