Unfortunately it's all hoax in nice packagingReally had high hopes for eSalon colours and it made me believe that paint will be adjusted according to my specifications and packaging made me believe it's true. And the webpage makes you feel like they know what they are doing... But after dying my hair - getting bright ginger instead of neutral blond I asked - I have to come to conclusions nobody has read my specifications or notes. Not what I wantedI have been holding my April box for several months choosing to take a break from coloring. Finally broke as the summer months have lightened my hair, expecting this color to be a light/apricot is red, especially since I have had several adjustments made to make the color lighter and because I understand that you can just lighten dark hair without bleach that is in part why I stopped coloring for several months. Now I fish I had taken a before picture, I am a naturally redhead, some would say strawberry blond, which is back to where I was prior to coloring yesterday. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. Beautiful color but doesn’t lastI really, really wanted to love this! After following the initial instructions and adhering to the timeframes suggested, the color has already faded just a few weeks later. I didn’t have blonde highlights or grays to cover so there’s no reason why the color shouldn’t have deposited more than what it did. It’s a shame because the initial color (even after it has oxidized) was stunning, it just didn’t last :( Would be more worthwhile to get a Demi permanent from the drugstore for a fraction of the price. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Not worth the moneyWanted to love this product. Gave it a good try-3 or 4 times. the color was not as requested. Customer service did replace, but with a color that was still not cool, but warm with golden/red tones. The colorant was difficult to rinse out-not sure why. Have been coloring my hair for years and never had this problem. The highlighting kit did produce desired highlights.
