Pretty colorI rated this a 3 because I do love the color and that is about it. My roots are pretty much all grey and that is what I was really wanting to change and maybe liven up the rest of my hair. Well, it didn't work. My daughter helped with putting the dye in my hair and we followed the instructions to a T, and I still have grey roots, not as much as i started out with but still quite a bit. Hair Fell OutThis was my first touch-up after the initial color. I love the color, but my hair fell out in clumps. I was rinsing the color in the shower during the last stage of the process, and chunks of hair were coming out in my hands. Couldn’t do anything but cry. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. Nice product, colour wrongI really wanted to love this service but after 3 tries and the colourist still not getting the colour anywhere near what i wanted i had to give up. If you are going for a more traditional colour like brown or something though this would be a great service and the dye itself goes on nicely and the shampoo is absolutely amazing 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. 100% guaranteed UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERI was a little nervous about ordering your product because I never order things online, change my hair color nor do I use anything other than my $2.97 box of Revlon bright auburn hair color from Walmart. My hair had taken on a Coppertone and I was hoping to maybe tone it down a bit so I figured I would try it and if it did not work the product was 100% guaranteed. After getting unsatisfactory results from the product I requested a refund. I was given a $10 refund in a $20 credit on my $30 purchase. I was told that because I used the other products that I ordered I could only be given a $20 credit which is completely ridiculous since those products or used with the hair color. Since I PayPal was only credited $10 I still owes $20 balance which in return was deducted from my checking account putting me in overdraft status which cost me another $30! I am so serious also let this product has not only done to my hair that's all I am left with product can I use $20 credit from a company I would never use again and definitely would never recommend to anyone! Your refund guarantee is completely misleading it makes no sense you are able to give me a $10 refund on my hair dye which obviously was used and you should be able to give me a refund on the $20 worth of product that went with it. I still intend to dispute this bill and intend to file a fraudulent charge against your company. I will also be filing with the Better Business Bureau as well as giving my bad review to as many people as possible online so that I can save others from the hassle that I've gone through. I paid $30 for the product I was unsatisfied plain and simple it should have been refunded to my PayPal the way it was paid... IN FULL!
