BadI called up explaining the desired colour even written clearly I wanted to achieved ash brown. I ended up waited for almost a week. Wasted my time and effort... I was shipped dark brown when I clearly explained. I need a refund asap. Really disappointed and I thought to call and check yet bad customer service. If you can’t achieved, it’s best to get in touch with your client not making own decision. I paid and its called custom made. I never selected dark brown!!!!! I liked the color, but it straighten my curls ...I really loved the way it arrived with the instructions and everything. I also liked the color, however I got sad because it straighten my curls in some areas and I'm all about my curls. Also I notice that the color didn't last long on my grays. I will give it another try because next time will be a retouch of roots. But I'm truly sad about my curls. I had to cut some areas and start to let it grow. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
