Great Color, Horrible Build UpI love the golden color produced from this company. However, this product leaves HORRIBLE build up in my hair. It does not wash out easily. Nothing what I was expectingI had to take the initial test twice because it didn’t take the first time. With the first test I pick a red hue ( like I always do). The second time I thought about it and decided I would try something different and opt for a purple hue. I wasn’t sure which color I was going to get because I didn’t know how to check it. Once I received it and color my hair I was disappointed. The roots had a red tint the ends came out dark brown with MAYBE a hint of purple undertone. It doesn’t look terrible but it was definitely NOT either color I selected and my hair takes color very well 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Too thickThe last shipment and this one I was unable to get the hair color out of the bottle through the normal tip. It was hard last time and almost impossible this time. Didn’t cover grays at allI’ve used box color from cvs that has covered my grays better than this has. The color itself isn’t too bad, but the lack of coverage is very disappointing. I don’t have a ton of gray, but absolutely none of it was colored and I left the solution on for the recommended 45 minutes. Low qualityDamaged my hair, color didn't last. My stylist did not listen to me on the color customization I wanted originally. The redo that she sent me was a semi perm and did little to adjust the color, and additionally having to dye my hair twice in a few weeks damaged it terribly.
