Worst hair color I ever usedI have been coloring my hair for over 30 years with Loreal products and for some dumb reason, decided to give this a chance. What a mistake. Instead of my hair being light auburn, it is dark brown with barely a hint of red. The gray coverage was not good either. I'm going to wait a few days and try to fix this mess with my $8 box of Loreal which gives me the color I expect, covers the gray much better and is much easier to use. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Color setGreat package. Color however didn’t fully cover all of my greys, and the roots would have to be colored sooner then anticipated. Also, it looks like the color is not very persistent, it is getting lighter with every wash. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Not really worth the moneyLast time I ordered my color it took over a week to get it. The color itself was good. What it boils down to is that it cost me over $30 (with shipping), for a color that I didn't even get for over a week. Not so happySo again my custom color is way darker towards brown than I expected. I really hate it. This makes my hair feel weird and it seems hard to rinse out. The red color, only took to my roots....The rest of my hair is total Black...very disappointing! At this point I'll have to cancel my account & get my hair done by the professionals. So upsetting...:(. I was so excited to get a new color & it was perfect timing, seeing February is Love month...It's all about Red! I have ordered several times before & was very impressed with the color outcomes...but today, not so much! Update as of October 22, 2019, I received the color replacement...& the same exact thing happened! The red color only took to my roots! The rest of my hair is black! Loved the colour....butAbsolutely love the colour. A real ash brown, without any red tones. However, it doesn't last long. It fades very quickly. I have followed further instructions from my colourist, but it hasn't got staying power. The colour bleeds badly with every wash. I'm experienced in colouring my hair, as I have done so since I was 17 years old (I'm now 58). Usually I do have very good results at home. My roots very quickly become much lighter; within 2 weeks!
