Did not do a good colorI followed instructions exactly and set timers - did not color grey this was supposed to be ash brown color and my roots turned out gold light brown - plus the conditioner packet wasn’t very good either will not be ordering again 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Does not cover greyI went to go and cancel my order because I realized this product was not covering my gray more than a boxed drugstore product. The representative talked me into getting one more month, for free which I did. She said that they would make it so my color would last longer but it did not. It smelled really strongSeems that it’s got something strong smelling and it tends to burn my nose and eyes, like the old Toni perms! If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. Poor customer serviceI sent an email several weeks ago and never heard from anyone about adjusting my hair color. This is quite disappointing.
