Wrong color sent.I had requested a color adjustment, but didn't like the lack of personalized care and didn't want to be experimented on, so I requested to keep the original color which didn't seem to cover greys. I was sent the adjusted color anyway. It looks awful. I wish I could get personalized color that makes me feel great about my hair like in the marketing materials. Great customer service just didn't like the colorI was hoping for my color to be a popping vibrant red or even hot pinkish color. It turned out a mild reddish brown color. I sent a message to my stylist and she got back to me very quickly. She was happy to fix it for me. I just messaged her back with the changes I'd like.
