Too Red instead of a soft blondeTried 2 times this time and getting redder, have the tints and nothing seems to take the red out. It’s a strawberry blonde now and dislike it very much. I will stop for now and pull the color out and add the color I need. But Thank you. It’s just not working, like it used to with the lightest blond. I have tried to explain but noticed no change. Too much REDI have been trying to change my hair to Medium Blonde (Ash). I have used the kits you sent me except for the highlights. I don't want to put blonde highlights over red hair. Did not cover the gray as I needed it to.Aside from the color being too light, which I assume eSalon can do, the color did NOT cover the gray. This is the reason why I started going to a salon years ago to get a better product that covered my stubborn gray as opposed to the L'Oreal or similar you can get at the grocery store. UnhappyThis color set made my whole head of hair feel very waxy and greasy. It took two washes to get my hair back to normal.
