Asked for blonde ended up with copper redIn my profile I said I wanted to go to a lighter blonde. My color was sent and I ended up with copper red hair. When I reached out to my “color professional” Yvette I was told that none of their hair colors will lighten your hair that I have to do the lightening kit. I asked why I wasn’t told that up front when my profile specifically said I wanted to go lighter? I also asked why my hair is now copper red when that’s not even close to what I asked for and all she did was refund my money and said they could not fix it. The advertised personalized service for your color is not true. No one looked at my profile or specialized anything. IngredientsI love everything about the eSalon system, except for the ingredients. After researching other options, I am changing to a similar product line with less toxic potential. I had asked for more red in my product and I don't think that happened.I just colored my hair with the new mixture yesterday and found it it was still just a very dull Brown. Almost no red at all and I am normally a warm auburn hair, as my profile photo shows. Beautiful color but not enough gray coverageThe color itself was beautiful. I loved the way it made my hair soft and healthy looking.
