Good color but bad reactionI really enjoyed the color it gave me, i ended up using the dye three times, however on my third dye I had a horrible reaction to the product. I am only dyeing my dark hair darker and I had never dyed my hair previously but on my third dye my hair was falling out in clumps. no bald patches but insane fall out that it could clog a drain. Worse than cheap box colorMy roots are hot and red. The color is not salon color. Its box color. I have some hair knowledge, and if you have red tones at all, it will intensify. I am so unhappy and had to pay to have my hair redone 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Not the colorI was hoping for my order to be lighter but it wasn’t. I added suggestions and pictures to help get the color I wanted and it wasn’t taken in to consideration in my opinion. I ended up going to Sally’s and getting dark golden blonde 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
