Wrong colorI'm absolutely fuming, I ordered a dark blond ash but when I was done with the coloring, my hair look like a dark strawberry blond border line red, NOT ASH!! Not sure if it was user error or notI bought this to cover my roots by myself. I was worried about overlapping especially in the back where I can't see so I don't think I used enough or maybe didn't leave it on long enough because the color did not match my previous color (this was my 3rd color set and the same formula as the previous one) and still looked like I had darker roots. Didnt get correct color and customer service was not goodI Tried to reach customer service by sending multiple messages since they give you that choice or a phone #. Sending a message is more convenient for me and I did not hear back in timely manner. I ended up calling since that was also listed as a way to contact them.I was told my color shipped. I told them it was wrong and was told by 2 different reps I REALLY SHOULD HAVE CALLED INSTEAD OF SENDING MESSAGES. (I sent 3 different messages) Then Esalon should take away the CONTACT info choice of sending a message if that wont get help or answere questions. Very disappointed in the color not being what I wanted but it could have been solved befor it was shipped if someone got back to me. I would have continued buying from esalon but to have 2 reps say I should have called was like saying it was my fault. They did Tell me to write return to sender on the box and put the package in mail and I will be refunded. Not covering greyI love the color, but Immediately after rinsing I can see greys. I’ve tried saving and reapplying more color to those spots, I’ve also left the color on longer than recommended in those areas...it just isn’t coloring my greys, which is the only reason that I color my hair. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
