After the second time coloring my hair, it began to fall out in the showerI liked the color the first time I used esalon and ordered the same thing for a second time. The second smelled stronger than the first but was supposed to be the exact same thing. When I used the shampoo & conditioner supplied, my hair felt like straw and it felt like I couldn't get the product out of my hair. Then my hair started coming out in large amounts in the shower. I couldn't even get a comb through it. I had to add some of my own conditioner to be able to comb it and more hair came out. I became terrified when I saw how much hair I had lost. I, fortunately, have thick hair and it is very healthy, but my hair is significantly thinner than it was before coloring my hair with the esalon products. The color didn't come out how I wanted itI love the product however I had it changed so more blue would come through but where my roots were colored has more red in it and doesn't blend with the rest of my hair along with the red i didn't want 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

NOT DEMI PERMANENTI wanted my hair light brown. My Demi permanent colored hair was fading from when I got it colored at a salon so I thought it would be any easy touch up. My hair went from fading neutral light brown to red brown with lots of warm undertones. I went to my hair dresser to get my hair fixed and she said they sent me PERMANENT hair color because it dyed my roots and she could see a spot I missed and my roots weren’t dyed. Do not buy this is you expect Demi permanent. My order receipt literally said I ordered Demi. Also they didn’t send me enough dye.
