Love my custom color! Was nervous since it said blonde and my impression of my hair is more light brown...but I could not be happier! Many compliments on the color and lots of questions about how I got it. Very easy too!

This time the color created was beautiful!! I wanted to thank you for such a beautiful & flattering color. The colorist who created this got it EXACTLY right. I am very pleased. Sorry I had to skip this shipment...I want you to know how much I love your products and my original plan was to use them 'every other time' I colored my hair. In the last few months it has been necessary for me to go to the hair dresser two times in a row (nothing to do with your product) and I still had an extra shipment that I was late in using so that is why I have had to skip shipments. I do intend to get back on track with my original plan for your product and once again...I love them...how you get the color so right from a photo is amazing and my hair is in great shape...thanks!!
